From your generous donations, we organize Shabbat meals for the Lone Soldiers with SOAL host families in their homes. We handle all catering and logistics to ensure a quality experience. Our aim is to offer a warm, homely Shabbat atmosphere for the Lone Soldiers on their weekends off, fostering a sense of comfort and community.

The Shabbat of a Lifetime Community is initiating a program to provide these IDF Lone Soldiers a home-away-from-home Shabbat meal at host families in Jerusalem to make them feel a sense of one-ness, safety and community during these times and at the same time give an opportunity to host families to take care of these soldiers who have been taking care of them.
