Impact
From your generous donations, we organize Shabbat meals for the students/Lone Soldiers with SOAL host families in their homes. We handle all catering and logistics to ensure a quality experience. Our aim is to offer a warm, homely Shabbat atmosphere for the Students/Lone Soldiers, fostering a sense of comfort and community.
Support Shabbat Ba'aretz: Nourishing gap year students with the gift of a weekly Shabbat meal in Israel. Your donation ensures they experience the warmth and tradition of Shabbat, fostering a sense of community and belonging during their time abroad!
Participate - To join us, we ask for a donation of a minimum $80 per student. Your generous contribution will help cover the costs of organizing these meaningful meetings of the students at host homes in Jerusalem, and enable us to provide a Shabbat meal to our host families and the students.
